The BEST WESTERN Shrubbery Hotel sits quietly in Ilminster, near Taunton and in the heart of Somerset, so the only thing you can't escape here is peace and quiet itself! This tastefully modernised Edwardian house hotel really is a joy to stay in.
Our Restaurant is finished and looking stunning along with all new renovation work completed in our Sun Lounge and reception areas. With the newest finished project being our Ballroom with the all new lighting and music system.
We also have 2 great new Superior Suites, room 30 & 31 make a fabulous addition to the hotel, catering for up to 8 guests on their own floor.
