The Grange Bracknell Hotel’s wedding reception venues range from luxury banqueting halls to modern al fresco spaces. We have 6 air-conditioned meeting rooms that are conveniently spread over a single floor with a maximum capacity of 250 people in our largest banqueting suite.
Summer events, BBQs and outdoor functions can be held on the Roof Terrace, featuring landscaped garden and versatile outdoor seating. The Grange Bracknell is also available to hire for marriage ceremonies and wedding receptions, and is fully licensed for weddings and civil partnerships. Complimentary accommodation is offered for the bride and groom, with specially discounted rates available for wedding guests.

All meeting rooms are linked to the in-house PA system, and fitted with top of-the-range LCD projectors and plasma TVs. Flipcharts, microphones (handheld, lapel and lectern) and conference phone facilities can be arranged upon request.
Purpose-built conference and banqueting suites flexibly accommodate functions from bespoke training days and formal AGMs to gala dinners and company parties, with capacities impressively ranging from 6 to over 1000 people. An array of bars, restaurants and private outdoor spaces can also cater for more informal occasions.
