he Town Hall with its magnificent surroundings is available for hire. It has large and small kitchens, a bar, large and small halls all with good disabled access and facilities. The Town Hall has a car park next door (pay and display 9am to 6pm other times free). Contact the Town Clerk, for price and availability on 01458 831769 (10am to 12noon Mon -Fri) or email Town Hall . We are happy to provide contact details of local catering and bar service suppliers, and professional musicians and live bands. The premises are available for music and dancing until 1.00am (12 midnight on Saturdays). A basic sound system and lighting are available but if you need specialist equipment there are hire firms based locally.

WEDDING RECEPTIONS
The Main Hall with its gleaming floor and spectacular chandeliers is an ideal venue for hosting your wedding reception or party. Bar and kitchen facilities are available. The Small Hall is more suited to the smaller wedding party catering for up to 35 seated guests. Tables and general layout will be arranged to suit your requirements.

CIVIL WEDDINGS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Glastonbury Town Hall is licensed for civil wedding ceremonies and offers a choice of four rooms, the Main Hall, the Small Hall, the Council Chamber and the Mayor's Parlour. With catering facilities on hand and a bar buffet area, the Town Hall offers the convenience of holding both ceremony and reception under one roof. Our staff are committed to creating a warm, friendly atmosphere for your special day.

DINNER DANCES
The Main Hall is ideal for a dinner & dance catering for up to 120 seated guests at round tables or 140 using trestle tables. There is a stage for a live band and an immaculately polished sprung floor.

CONCERT/ SHOWS
With its stage and sound system, the Main Hall is a suitable venue for a Concert or a Show. It caters for up to 300 people (Standing only). There is a back stage room for changing plus there are Bar and kitchen facilities available for refreshments.

MEETINGS
The Main Hall will cater for up to 230 seated guests in conference style. There is a stage in the Main Hall on which tables and chairs can be placed for speakers. We can also provide microphones. There is access for wheelchairs and loop system for the hard of hearing. The Kitchen is available for providing refreshments.
The Small Hall is suitable for meetings for up to 50 seated guests in conference style. The Council Chamber is an ideal venue for holding meetings and seminars. The room can cater for up to 55 people.

EXHIBITIONS & FAIRS
Due to its central location, the Town Hall is suitable for Exhibitions and Fairs. The Main Hall or the Small Hall can be hired depending on the size of your event and the tables will be arranged according to your needs. The Town Hall has a pay and display car park next door.
