CONFERENCE ROOMS

The Battleborough Grange offers ideal business meeting or conference facilities. Our unique countryside location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while being conveniently accessible from the M5 motorway. We have an 8 acre field which can be used for various sporting pursuits and team building activities, and there are several renowned golf clubs nearby.
We offer a 24 hour delegate package or a day delegate rate.

Day delegate rate includes:
• A private & confidential self-contained function room
• Coffee on arrival with bacon sandwiches (available only if booked in advance)
• Coffee & biscuits mid-morning
• Hot and cold buffet lunch
• Complimentary tea & home-made cakes in the afternoon – can be served on the patio in good weather
• Screen & flip chart
• Overhead projector & Screen

Day delegate rates are £26.00 per person for 1-10 people and £24.00 per person for groups of 11 persons or more.

Our 24 hour delegate rate includes all of the above, plus:
• A 2 course Evening Meal
• Overnight accommodation (choice of 7 twin bed en-suite bedrooms for the first fourteen delegates and 14 further en-suite rooms which can be used for sole occupation)
• Full English Breakfast

Our 24 hour rate is available at a price of £99 per person.

We also have a smaller more intimate meeting room, The Knoll Suite
This room is available for smaller, more intimate meetings of around 10 persons or less.

We also offer a range of extra features such as fireworks, vintage wedding cars and professional photographers to add those extra special details.

Our country house hotel offers 21 en-suite bedrooms, over eight acres of perfectly maintained grounds and a duplex honeymoon suite with sumptuous four poster bed, roll top bath and wet room. What better way to start married life?
