The hall is large enough for a badminton court. It has new LED lighting on the ceiling and hidden lights behind a fascia. The fascia lights are dimmable so that hirers can produce their own atmosphere.

There are about 150 stackable chairs and a selection of large and small 'Gopak' tables.

There is a recently refurbished kitchen at one end of the hall with a modern electric range cooker, a fridge and a microwave. There are cups, saucers and plates in cupboards in the kitchen. A large serving hatch opens onto the main hall; if required, this can be closed with an electrically-operated metal shutter.

Beside the kitchen is a 'Committee Room' which can be separated from the main hall with sliding doors if required. This area is frequently used for plating up and/or serving food.

At the other end of the hall there are ladies' and gents' toilets and in the foyer is a separate toilet for the use of people with mobility difficulties. This toilet also has a baby changing facility.

There is an induction loop for hearing-impaired people who are using hearing aids. This is not permanently switched on but is available on request.
