Folly Farm Centre is a venue at the heart of Folly Farm nature reserve, a stunning 250-acre reserve close to both Bath and Bristol, owned and managed by Avon Wildlife Trust. It is a very special place—a place to learn and explore, a place for inspiration, a place to lie in the grass and discover a new world. It’s a place for everyone.
Whether you’re seeking a conference venue, arranging team-building, planning staff training and education activities, or looking for the perfect wedding venue, the Folly Farm Centre offers you a truly unique experience. What’s more, all profits from the centre are gift-aided to Avon Wildlife Trust, to support its work with local wildlife.
The Centre is equipped with excellent conference and education facilities with comfortable accommodation ideal for business and leisure. At Folly Farm you’ll discover a unique venue, a place that opens your eyes and changes your perspective.
OUR AWARD-WINNING CONFERENCE CENTRE
Each of the three purpose-built conference suites combines modern technology with delightful array of original and eco features. Our largest conference suite, the Oak Room, can accommodate up to 60 delegates. Conferences and other events are always tailor-made to your exact requirements, and our day delegate rates start from £33 per person (excluding VAT), including lunch and refreshments. Competitive residential and venue-only rates are also available.
We offer an organic honesty bar service offering the best local beers, ciders and soft drinks. Our catering is fresh, seasonal and delicious, with food often picked from our kitchen garden. We will gladly cater for special dietary requirements – just let us know!
A BEAUTIFUL WEDDING VENUE
The stunning rural location means delicious, local produce is in abundance. Food is fresh and seasonal and often picked from the kitchen garden. If you choose to use Folly Farm’s caterers, they can expertly tailor menus to meet a variety of budgets and tastes, from a three course meal to a hog roast and everything in-between.
When you hire Folly Farm Centre for your wedding, you get exclusive use of the venue from 5pm on the Friday to 11am on the Sunday, meaning you can enjoy not just your wedding day - but a wedding weekend surrounded by the people that mean the most. Enjoy a family meal the night before the wedding in the Old Dairy restaurant or perhaps a BBQ on the lawn, before waking up to birdsong on your big day.
