Shalford Village Hall and playing fields were donated in trust to Shalford residents by Major & Mrs Guy G Gold of Abbots Hall in 1925

The building consists of the main hall which will hold 100 people, a small hall used for committee meetings, changing rooms, showers, toilets and a fitted kitchen. Outside we have a football and cricket pitch, tennis court and children’s play area.Shalford Village hall area has two area's available for hire:

> Large hall area with wooden panel flooring, seating available up to 80 people
> Small separate small annex area ideal for small committee meetings

Use of kitchen would be included in the above

Note:- Saturdays & Sundays access to kitchen area may be needed by hirers of playing field
