Lodge Park was built in 1634 for John ‘Crump’ Dutton, indulging his passion for deer coursing, gambling, banqueting and entertaining. Today, Lodge Park offers a romantic and rural backdrop to your big day – the perfect use for an environment fashioned solely for the pursuit of enjoyment and celebration!
Exclusive use hire ensures that this magical Grandstand and beautiful surrounding parkland is just for you and your guests throughout your time with us. From smaller weddings, to larger ones, up to 200 guests in a marquee.
Hold your wedding ceremony and reception here, or just part of your day. If you’re just looking for somewhere fabulous for photographs, we can do that too.
With an approved premises license for three spaces; the Little Hall, Great Room and Grand Portico, and flexible space for a reception with space on the lawn for a marquee for larger receptions Lodge Park is a unique and beautiful venue for your wedding.

The Great Room is a beautiful setting for your civil ceremony and for the wedding breakfast. With capacity of 80 seated or 100 standing for the ceremony and 70 seated for the breakfast.

The Little Hall is licensed for civil ceremonies, with capacity of 50 seated or 60 standing, or 40 seated for dinner. This room can also be used for cake cutting, or for a bar or quieter area during the evening.
