the self centre is a special place to relax, unwind and simply be yourself - a place of sanctuary. We offer a wide range of yoga classes including Beginners Introductory Courses, Hatha, HOT YOGA, Restorative, Integral & Vinyasa Flow styles, and specialist classes such as Ante-Natal Yoga, Post-Natal Yoga, Baby Yoga as well as Pilates, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Meditation.
On site there is a fabulous Superfood Coffee Shop offering a range of home-made soups, smoothies, rolls, salads and cakes.
3 large studios, several smaller treatment rooms and a relaxation area at the self centre double up as ideal Meeting Venues for training, meetings, conferences and private hire.
A team of professionally qualified therapists offer a wide choice of health-promoting, healing and stress-relieving complementary therapies and are happy to advise you on the most suitable treatment for you.
