The hall and recreation ground are situated at the heart of the village, which is itself only a few miles outside of Ipswich and close to Junction 52 of the A14. The hall provides a fantastic venue to stage events such as wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, gigs, dances, etc, as well as being home to local clubs such as football, cycle speedway, carpet bowls, country and western, etc.

Hire rates are competitive, with residents of Great Blakenham being entitled to preferential rates.

This website, currently under construction, will show you:

1. Forthcoming events at the Hall that are open to the public.

2. The facilities that we have available, not only for the benefit of the residents of Great Blakenham, but also for the wider community.

3. Details of the various groups/clubs etc who use the Hall or Ground on a regular basis.
