The Constable Hall is located in the village of East Bergholt, the birthplace of John Constable, the famous painter. It was built in 1958 and includes stage and kitchen facilities. It has a separate lounge/bar area (the Benneworth Lounge) connected to the main hall.

Both the main hall and the Benneworth Lounge are available for hire individually or together and it is open to village and non village residents. The bar may be booked when the Benneworth Lounge is booked (at no extra charge) and is manned by volunteers.
