Sutton Hill is situated on the southern edge of Telford and was one of the first estates to be built, in 1967, at the start of Telford new town. The centre itself is situated within the local shopping centre along with the local church, annexed to the centre is a youth building that serves the needs of local young people.
The centre has its own coffee bar serving the centre and local community and is very well used.
