Built on land left to the people of Oulton by Edmund Calverley of Oulton Hall, the Oulton Institute stands proudly at the heart of the village. It is steeped in history but is still a current, relevant place for the people of Oulton to meet, dance and mingle. The institute is now run entirely as a charitable trust for the benefit of the village and has several rooms available for hire including the main hall.
