Small (1-50)

This venue offers two rooms for hire for a variety of events/functions. A large kitchen facility is provided for the preparation of light refreshments.
The large Watkins Room can accommodate 60 people and offers direct access to an attractive and large courtyard, providing additional outside space.
The Waters Room is ideally suited to smaller functions and can accommodate 20 people.
Both rooms are well lit and comfortably heated. Adequate chairs and tables are provided. These premises provide for disabled access. The Courtyard area is suitable for BBQ's, Garden Parties/Fetes and even small Wedding Receptions. Catering can be provided upon request.

This large room can accommodate a maximum of 60 people and has two sets of French doors exiting to a large courtyard area. The room offers portable staging, a projector screen and piano. Adequate chairs and tables are available for use, together with a large kitchen facility for the preparation of light refreshments.
An inhouse catering facility is available upon request, at an additional cost.
