The Ricoh Arena Community Space is a high quality venue situated in the south stand of the multi-purpose Ricoh Arena.
Facilities & Prices
We offer an auditorium which can accommodate up to 150 people and can be used theatre or conference style. There are also four adjacent breakout rooms suitable for between four and sixteen people which can be booked with the auditorium or separately for smaller boardroom style meetings. The following facilities and services are available:
• Public Address system
• Loop System
• Presentation and photocopying facilities
• Wireless Internet
• Large reception area for registration and welcoming service
• Use of kitchen area for hot and cold drinks
• Onsite parking which is secure and well lit. All the on site car parks are operated by Arena Coventry Ltd. and competative daily charges apply. Pre-paid parking passes can be ordered if required

• Induction visit to help plan your event
