Belmont Social Club is the licenced part of CIYMS and it comprises the Members Bar and the Greeves Room on the first floor of the pavilion. The bar is normally open from 7.00pm to 11.00pm Monday to Friday, 12.30pm to 11.00pm on Saturdays and Sundays from 1.00pm to 7.00pm. Prices are extremely competitive and Members can enjoy the benefit of uninterrupted views of the external sports from these areas or, weather permitting, on the balconies. Due to licencing constraints, children (under the age of 18) are not permitted in the licenced areas after 9.00pm.

The Greeves Room can cater for 60-100 people comfortably and is adjacent to the kitchen. It is used principally for functions including Club dinners and other fundraising events and it can be hired by Members for private functions. Late licences and catering can be organised by prior arrangement.

The Members Bar can cater for 60-70 people comfortably and is the principal meeting place for members throughout the week. Whether you want to chat about sport or current affairs you will always find someone willing to listen and the Social Club quiz held on alternate Friday evenings is a great way to relax and start the weekend!
