Calder Community Centre was built in 1979. Activities which take place, include the playgroup, martial arts classes, mother and toddler groups, senior citizen events, bingo evenings, carpet bowling, keep fit classes, Irish dance classes and Councillor surgeries.

Social functions such as weddings, parties, discos and race nights as well as community-based ventures would be welcomed at Calder Community Centre.
