Kirknewton is a small Hamlet in The Cheviot Hills. It is the only conservation village in Northumberland National Park.Explore our community website and discover the history, landscape and wildlife of this beautiful part of Northumberland.The hall can be hired for all kinds of celebrations or family occasions and for regular sports meetings, clubs or groups. Committee organised events include choir performances, other musical events, plays, youth theatre and a programme of archaeological lectures, walks and displays in conjunction with the Northumberland National Park and the Gefrin Trust. It also provides light refreshments during the Kirknewton sheepdog Trials held every year in August.
