Davenport House is licensed for the performance of civil wedding ceremonies and is a marvellous venue for receptions.
The elegant building and the estate setting make for a day of treasured memories for your guests. The friendly, unfussy management style makes everyone feel warmly welcome and the quality of the food and the wine list makes the occasion complete.
Only one event is held on any given day and there is never any pressure to depart as long absent friends and relatives catch up with family affairs over a leisurely glass of wine or two....

Davenport House is a superb venue for anyone wanting somewhere just that bit more special.
It has hosted dinner parties and other events to celebrate VIP visits to companies, special wedding anniversaries, company director retirements, birthdays and many other happy occasions.
Foreign and British guests of local companies have been utterly charmed to be brought here for a unique experience of gracious living in a style found only in the English country house.
Some of the many events which have been a great success here include Product Launches, Client Entertainment, Drive & Ride days for Motor Dealerships
