It is located on the middle of a roundabout, close to the North Circular Road (A406) and is within 2 miles of the new Wembley Stadium and Brent Cross Shopping Centre. Pedestrian access is by way of a public footbridge over the adjoining nature reserve, which is maintained by the local authority. The Grange faces Neasden shopping centre which is well served by buses. Neasden tube station is a 10 minute walk away.
