Wyreside Lakes Conferences and Events Room
Wyreside Lakes is the perfect venue for your conference, seminar or training day. Situated less than 5 minutes from junction 33 of the m6 motorway at Lancaster.
Wyreside boasts outdoor space for training, teambuilding and orienteering, ample on-site parking and experienced chefs to cater for any requirements needed.
The function room offers and includes:
Free WIFI internet for organiser and delegates
Whiteboard
LED lighting
Assorted stationery
2 x 42” monitors and DVD players with PC access for presentations
Surround sound system and microphones
Ample free parking
Outdoor areas for training and orienteering
Heating Controls
Power sockets
Day Delegate rate £20 pp:
Day Delegate rate which is a fixed price for each delegate attending and
comprises of:
Coffee on arrival, mid morning coffee and biscuits, cold buffet lunch, and
mid-afternoon coffee and biscuits. Chilled water and cordials are available
throughout the day.
Individual Price List for day delegates:
Hot buffet lunch - £4 extra pp
2 course menu restaurant lunch - £7 extra pp
Cakes with coffee breaks - £1.25 extra pp
Licensed bar - £20 extra
Seperate private break out room - £30 extra
Room Hire only from £50 per day
For Smaller groups we also have a more intimate room, please contact us for more information. We also offer room hire only.
Limited accommodation is also available for guests who would like to stay overnight.
