Situated in the heart of Great Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, Great Park Community Centre (GPCC) has been a thriving hub since its inception in 2014. We are driven by our core values of community, customer service, and quality, making our centre a welcoming space for everyone.

Over the years, GPCC has become home to a diverse range of groups and activities, including an Ofsted-registered playgroup, after-school club, community library, exercise classes, baby and children's groups, and football, among others. We also take pride in our on-site café, the Shake Shack, offering a delightful assortment of milkshakes, beverages, and snacks.

Our versatile facilities are available for hire at competitive rates seven days a week. From events, meetings, and family gatherings to children's birthday parties, we are committed to accommodating your needs and ensuring a memorable experience.

Main Hall

The adaptable space can be divided into three smaller sections, each accommodating up to 30 people, making it suitable for a variety of functions, from workshops to celebrations.

Meeting Room

Our versatile Meeting Room can host an array of events, from boardroom-style meetings to language classes. With seating for up to 16 people, this space can be tailored to your specific requirements.

3G Football Pitch

Whether you're looking for a casual kickabout with friends or seeking a training ground for your club, our 5-a-side football pitch is the ideal choice. Available for hire, this state-of-the-art 3G pitch is designed to cater to all levels of play.

Grass Football Pitches

We are proud to offer FA standard grass pitches for hire, which are regularly used by the local football team, Great Park FC. The pitches provide a playing surface for budding footballers in the area to get involved in what they love to do.

MUGA - Multi Use Games Area

Our diverse outdoor games area is perfect for a range of sports, including tennis, football, and netball.
As part of our commitment to the community, we offer this outdoor space for free every day between 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm to under 17's (supervised by a guardian and subject to availability), ensuring young people have a safe and enjoyable place to play.
