Located on the first floor of this converted church building, accessible by lift, if required. The room can be used for a variety of meetings, workshops, presentations and pop-up activities. Access to Wi-Fi, white board, projector and screen. A beautiful, light space with lovely stained glass windows and a vaulted ceiling.

The original Michaelhouse Chancel, with its Tudor pews in the 14th century building, has its own grand piano making it an ideal setting for concerts, plays, musical events. It is can also be booked for presentations and meetings for up to 90 people. Private dining at lunchtime is possible here for up to 30 people.
Available weekdays, evenings, Saturday and some Sundays.
The Chancel can be booked in conjunction with Café for larger receptions and family events, accommodating up to 200 people in total.

For larger receptions, presentations, parties of up to 150 people, the café is located in the original nave of the church. It is now transformed into a large, light and architecturally interesting space, in the centre of historic Cambridge. The upstairs gallery is included in the hire and has lift access as well as a spiral staircase.
Free Wi-Fi access, projector and screen are bookable, PA and microphone systems in place.
The building is has full disability access and there is a loop system in place.
The Café can be booked in conjunction with the Chancel to accommodate up to 200 people.
The Café manager is happy to discuss catering for your event booking, from provision of snacks and tapas plates to full waiter service sit down dinners.
There is no public use of the kitchen.

The Foyer, Café and Mezzanine Gallery can all be used to display your exhibitions. With over 2,000 visitors a week, this is a fantastic opportunity to display and sell the work of individuals, groups and charities. The hire charge also includes one open evening in the Café, which can be an open invitation or private view.
There is high demand for exhibition space, so try to give as much notice as possible.
