Our popular Fitness Centre at The Johnson Building is a great place to get in shape.
Whether you are an absolute beginner wanting to boost your fitness levels or a sports champion keeping ahead of the game, it offers all the equipment and expert support you need.
Facilities include an excellent range of cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines and free weights.
Our experienced and qualified trainers can help you prepare and follow an exercise regime that suits you as well as providing nutritional and dietary advice.
If you are a new user of the Centre, you will benefit from a free induction led by our instructors so that you know how to use all the equipment safely and correctly. For your free induction, just call 01332 387452.
The Fitness Centre meets the needs of people with a range of physical and learning disabilities as well as those undergoing rehabilitation. The College has invested in equipment which makes the benefits of exercise more accessible to all and allows disabled and able bodied people to work out together.
The Centre is open all year round and can be used by the general public as well as College staff and students.
