Teynham Community Hall is a well established and much loved hall which has served the village for over 40 years. It has a full Premises Licence and is suitable for all types of functions for up to 100 persons with tables and for dancing or 150 persons standing or close seated, in accordance with the guidance plan. Such events may include:
- celebratory events, such a birthdays, engagement parties and weddings;
- dances and dance practises and lessons;
- fitness and exercise groups and classes:
- family parties and luncheons;
- film shows, lectures, meetings and company events;
- gardening shows, charity fairs and similar events;
- whist drives, card and board games;
- clubs, groups and society meetings and functions and
- indoor sports events such as short mats bowls, table tennis, soft ball sports etc.
