The Exchange Studio is part of the Hazlitt Arts Centre and is in the center of Maidstone, 5 minutes drive from Junction 6 of the M20 and 5 minutes walk from Maidstone East train station. The Exchange is 14.5 x 12.5m, has beautiful decor, high ceilings, natural daylight and a wooden fully sprung dance floor. It has it's own dedicated bar, connecting doors to our second studio The Fourth Wall (12.5 x 10m), is wheelchair accessible and has full theatre sound and lighting. The Exchange is a very flexible venue and can be laid out in a variety of styles to suit your needs, making it perfect for conferences, exhibitions, family celebrations, networking functions, as a training venue or for rehearsal space. We are also 5 minutes walk from Archbishop's Palace Register Office if you are looking for a nearby wedding reception venue. We have experienced staff at your disposal, offer a range of equipment to hire and are happy to arrange your catering for you.
