Three separate meeting rooms (one for 3 people, one for 4, one for 20) with large free car park at rear and 2 disabled parking spaces at front of building. Provide your own refreshment-a kettle, crockery, glasses etc. can be provided-or refreshments and lunch can be provided by separate negotiation. No food preparation allowed.
