This superb venue is also the ideal place to hold your next social or business event and ensure that it’s a great success whether you live in our Parish or elsewhere.
Newly built with a timber frame construction in 2007, this modern building incorporates many renewable technologies such as an air source heat pump for heating, a hearing loop for the hard of hearing and upgraded AV equipment. The system has an integrated projector and screen and includes two wireless microphones and one lapel microphone which can be used anywhere in the hall.
It is conveniently located in the pretty village of Welburn which is just a mile off the A64 between York and Malton and close to Castle Howard in the Howardian Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The hall comprises a main hall which can hold up to 110 people, a smaller meeting room and a modern, well equipped kitchen. All areas have been designed with disabled access in mind.
