North Petherwin Parish Hall belongs to the Parishioners therefore there is no mortgage on the property. This means that all monies raised can be used towards the upkeep of the Hall. However, the Hall is Grade II Listed & the County Conservation Officer has to be involved in all works pertaining to the Hall. Nevertheless, the Hall is going from strength to strength with the ongoing support of the local people both hiring the Hall & attending the various fundraising events.

Improvements carried out in the past 5/6 years are : Replacement windows; rebuild part of front porch, roof insulation; internal painting; update of electrics; kitchen flooring; kitchen door insulation; car park part resurfaced & oil central heating.
