Antrobus Village lies in the beautiful setting of green Cheshire countryside, with Warrington to the north and Northwich to the south. It is however easily accessed from other parts of the County and the North-West, in particular via the M56 motorway and its junction with the A49.

Antrobus boasts a Village Hall to be proud of. Located in the centre of the village, it literally is at the heart of the Antrobus community – having been built by local residents on land given by a nearby farming family. Much of the funding necessary for the building and extending of the hall was raised by the local villagers via Country Fairs and other fund raising events. The village hall continues to be managed and maintained by the villagers for the benefit of the whole community, with local resident participation being the key to the hall’s popularity and success. Volunteers to man the bar or help with other local functions and events (like the Christmas Panto) are never in short supply – underlining the fantastic community spirit that thrives among the residents of Antrobus.

An Attractive Venue to Hire for Parties and Corporate Events

Antrobus Village Hall is an attractive venue used by local community groups and societies on a regular basis throughout the year for all sorts of recreational events and meetings. In addition, the Village Hall’s very popular and multi-functional function rooms and facilities (which include a fully-fitted kitchen and licensed Bar) can be hired by residents and non-residents alike, for everything from Wedding Receptions to Fashion Shows and from Children’s Birthday Parties to Corporate Team Meetings.

The outside amenities of a large patio and field with plenty of parking available, help make this countryside venue particularly sought-after in the spring and summer months. For a special occasion such as a large Wedding Reception or Anniversary Party, why not additionally hire a marquee and allow your guests to spill from the Main Hall, into the marquee and then outside to dance underneath the stars!

As the Village Hall is a registered Charity, run by a dedicated committee, whatever money is raised from these events goes straight back into the upkeep and maintenance of the hall.
