The Community Centre building has benefited from regular upgrading and improvement, is double glazed throughout and offers a wide range of facilities and services including the fully licensed Centre Bar. Surrounded by wide pathways for wheelchair access the Centre is accessible by everyone. The May Woollerton Hall and Eghams Room are both fitted with induction loop hearing system.The spacious halls include their own catering facilities and are ideal for celebration events, parties or even formal dinners. The modern facilities also support shows and concerts – with modern backstage equipment and computerised lighting and sound systems. The Centre can accommodate a range of different sized groups from meetings of only a few people such as a small club committee to large societies and public meetings. Flexible seating arrangements allow for the rooms to be set out for meetings in the manner organisers think most appropriate.

Every day people enjoy the wide range of activities provided through the Centre. The Centre is used by all ages from pre-school to Senior Citizens. From badminton to bowls, keep fit classes and aerobics to drama, singing and dancing. There are coffee mornings, luncheons, lectures and talks as well as rehearsals for shows – and of course the shows themselves.
