The building is very well used and benefits from a large bright hall and adjoining room. It is a large building with the potential to run a variety of events. Modern fully equipped kitchen and modern toilets. Fully accessible with hearing loop, disabled toilet and baby changing. Ceiling mounted projector for presentations with electrically operated screen. Full blackout blinds and curtains. Small low stage. Enclosed safe garden area.

The hire charge is only £10 per hour for full use of the building
