In brief we are a high school of approximately 1000 students situated on a large site alongside Rhyl Leisure Centre (which we use during the school day for our PE and sporting activities). We are a school committed to inclusion, the academic success of all of our students.

We have a curriculum that is responsive to our learners needs and interests. In Key Stage 3 (Years 7-9 or ages 11-14) for example, in addition to the full range of National Curriculum subjects, we now offer our students the opportunity to take dance lessons. In Key Stage 4 (Years 10-11 or 14-16) we introduce a variety of additional courses in areas as Business Studies, Performing Arts, Study Skills, Salon Services, Construction and Vehicle Maintenance. We know we live in a fast changing world and we are very aware of keeping up with new courses development to ensure we meet the needs of our students.
