Welcome to Ysgol Dewi Sant's website. The school first opened back in 1949. And at present, 60 years on we have over 500 pupils on role. We have a team of staff who are fully committed to ensuring that every child in our care receive a high quality education and is given every opportunity to fulfil their potential in a caring, safe and happy environment.

Our school motto, "Dwy Iaith Dyfodol Disglair" is at the heart of our belief that we need to teach our children to live fulfilling lives and that through two languages - Welsh and English. Every child has a right to be part of a caring learning community and this is what we aim to achieve , in partnership with parents, governors and the Local Authority.
