It is easily decorated and had new central heating in 2014. Some visitors find it the warmest Hall they have been to.

The Main Hall is a light airy room with windows on both sides, a small stage at one end and two large hatches at the other, one into a servery/bar and the other into the main kitchen. It has a good wooden floor suitable for dancing. There is a PA, a Hearing loop and a large wall mounted screen.

It is carpeted with large windows on both sides. It is used for Committees, Council meetings, a reception room for weddings, for small training course (up to 12 in a u-shape) and for band practices
