Located opposite Blackham Church, just 400 yards from Villa Golf Course.

Parties, celebrations, receptions, band practices, fitness classes, martial arts, dances, tea parties, drama performances, concerts, shows, in fact just about anything!

Facilities include:
Disabled access and toilets, central heating, fitted kitchen, small private garden area, licensed premises.

Monthly market with local produce, crafts and a friendly café on the 1st Saturday of every month except January, from 10.00am to 12.30pm.
