The Village Hall is a registered charity, Charity Commission Registration Number 1171105. It is managed by a committee of Trustees. Every Trustee is a local volunteer sharing a legal responsibility towards the management and administration of the hall, its monies and assets.
The Trustees meet on a monthly basis in the Village Hall. The monthly meetings are not open to the public however the Trustees provide a monthly report to Bourton Parish Council.
All village residents are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting which includes a review of events, the challenges & issues facing the hall and an opportunity for residents to have their say.
Residents over the age of 18 who would like to be considered for election to Trustee positions are invited to contact the Chair.
Anyone with an enquiry regarding the running of the Village Hall should contact one of the Trustees.
