The room is a former Magistrate's Court. The meeting area is arranged in a 'horseshoe' with Chairperson and Secretary seated at the head of the room on a raised area. There is more seating at the back of the room outside the meeting space. The meeting space is furnished with microphone system.
The entrance foyer is adjacent to the Chamber entrance where self-service refreshments are provided. The consumption of food is not permitted in the Main Chamber.
