We own The Oak Rooms, its our family run business and we take pride in delivering the very best service we can.
The Oak Rooms are set in the beautiful and quiet hamlet of Naddawater, a short drive from the hustle and bustle of Exeter City Centre.
Our location is perfectly located for out of town Meetings and Functions surrounded by peace and tranquility and natural beauty which makes us so much more appealing than City Centre locations with traffic, noise and no parking!
We have recently completed building a brand new function suite to provide us with an opportunity to provide a unique meeting and conference facility as well as an opportunity to host smaller, more intimate functions.
This purpose built building is exclusive to our customers, has its own entrance, toilet facilities, patio area and outdoor seating and is filled with natural light and surrounded by natural beauty, making it a perfect location as your chosen venue.
We offer a non corporate setting and a non corporate feel, we pride ourselves on the relaxed setting we have created, where parking, fresh air and natural beauty are in abundance and you have the luxury of exclusivity, breakout space and outdoor space with lovely views.
We are family run but we offer the highest of standards with bespoke packages that suit every need, every function or meeting type and every budget and we work with you to ensure every aspect of the day runs seamlessly.
