Lover Green can only be booked in conjunction with hiring facilities in The Old School. Please contact the Bookings Secretary. (Hirers should note that Lover Green is a public space and although the Bookings Secretary will bot double book Lover Green, there may be a small number of occasional users present).
Cancellation charges:
- Bookings cancelled 14 days or more before the event will qualify for a full refund of the booking fee.
Bookings cancelled between 7 and 14 days before the event will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
No refund for cancellations with less than 7 days notice. - For Wedding bookings, the same terms as above will apply, but the cancellation fee is capped at £250
