The Blue Pool Tearooms Established in 1935 opened its doors to the public nearly 100 years ago! A collection of beautiful old buildings packed with art deco / art nouveau charm and set under a Canadian cedar shingle roof and heated by a woodburning stove.
An iconic location in the heart of the beautiful Isle of Purbeck – sat amongst the trees beside the famous ‘Blue Pool’ which is steeped in history. The tearoom and grounds offer the perfect location for a special occasion or simply a place to meet and enjoy the scenery.
We have an alcohol license and a wonderful terrace on which guest can enjoy drinks and music whilst immersing themselves in this unique and magical environment.
Ample private parking is provided within a short leafy (approx. 50 meter) walk from the Tearoom. Sika Deer graze, birds and an abundance of wildlife watch with interest as guest come and go, simply breath-taking!
