The building on April’s Farm is a renovated stable block. It comprises two rooms.
It is suitable for wedding receptions, fitness classes, corporate meetings, parties, etc.

For both rooms the cost is £30 hour. To hire one room only it is £25 per hour. A deposit of one hours rate is payable on booking. The balance is due a week before the event.

The Studio
12m long and 7m wide with sound system and projector. Plenty of natural light. Vaulted ceiling with roof lights. Used as an open space or with table and chairs

The Lounge
10m long and 7m wide, this has a full equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. Comfortable sofas and coffee tables. Again with plenty of natural light. Vaulted ceiling with roof lights. Sound system linked to the studio.

Doors are extra for easy wheelchair access. There are toilets in the building and lots of parking.

There is a large patio area with outside lighting and furniture.

It still has an agricultural look and feel. With modern facilities it makes an ideal venue for many types of event. Catering can be organised.

Located on a farm it has the added advantage of stunning views. There are also the farm’s animals to meet.

The building is also used as a day centre for people with special needs. It has been designed to have good wheelchair and disabled access.
