Situated four miles west of Penrith (CA11 0HT), just off the A66, the hall is a perfect, easily accessible, low-cost venue for conferences, meetings and social occasions.
The main hall is 16m x 9m. The main meeting room, 6 x 5.5m. Both rooms are equipped with flip-charts and whiteboards. A digital projector is available.
There is a catering-style kitchen and a fully licensed and equipped bar.
Power and heating are supplied by on-site renewable energy sources.
The building has full disabled access, a hearing loop, and baby-change facilities.
There is off-road parking for approximately 40 vehicles.
Behind the hall there is a 1/4 acre grassed area available for marquees or out-door activities.
