As well as being a beautiful venue for events and conferencing, National Star's primary purpose is to provide residential and educational services to young people with complex disabilities and health conditions.
In order to continue to protect our students and residents, National Star currently plans that the general public will continue to not access our sites and facilities. We anticipate that this arrangement will apply for the whole of the academic year 2020-21 but will continue to review the situation.

Nestled in well-maintained grounds, surrounded by stunning Cotswold countryside, with free parking and easy transport links, National Star has a range of meeting rooms as well as a flexible and modern 160-capacity theatre space, depending upon your event needs.
Built in 1850 the stunning Ullenwood Manor, with its mullion windows, wood panelling and period fireplaces, offers several flexible venue hire options, suitable for small team meetings or interviews, through to a light and airy multi-purpose conference space with adjoining break-out rooms.
Our Star Theatre, a popular choice for hosting events including the recent Gloucestershire Charity Business Awards, is a perfect facility for businesses and organisations looking for performance space or to host larger ceremonies or presentations.
It goes without saying that whichever venue space you choose you will benefit from:

The smallest of the rooms in the Manor. The Study is an ideal room for small team meetings or interviews, with adjoining doors leading to the Drawing Room.

Part of National Star's social enterprise programme, the StarBistro is open for delicious lunches, teas, coffees and sweet treats but can also be booked for private functions.
The Bistro is open to the public Monday-Friday 8.30am-4pm or Saturday 9am-3.30pm.
