The centre provides a variety of activities - including both sporting and non-sporting sessions - as well as priding itself on the development of popular community events, birthday parties, music events and seasonal events.

Facilities onsite are:- a cardio gym, a weights gym, a fitness studio, a spinning studio, a full size sports hall and a bar/cafe.

Regular activities include 5 a side football, walking football, yoga, Tai Chi, over 50s badminton, Pilates, roller hockey, family roller discos, badminton, and children's judo, karate and gymnastics.
