We are a traditional village pub on the edge of Dartmoor. The Phoenix Room is our function room at The Kings Arms, and it is available to hire for your event.  We have hosted many meetings, film nights, christening parties, discos etc. as well as using the room as a regular rehearsal space for local bands.

The following facilities/services are available for The Phoenix Room upon request:

* Meeting facilities, including hot drinks, snacks and lunches
* Sit-down meal for up to 30 people (on an agreed menu)
* Buffet meal for larger groups
* 150" Cinema screen, surround sound and projector for films, presentations, etc.
* Staging, dance floor, sound system and disco lights
* DJ (by arrangement)
* Separate bar

We can also provide outside catering and bar services for your event at other local venues (e.g. village halls, marquees, etc.).

Prices start at £30 to hire the Room for 4 hours (9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm) or £50 (5pm-11pm).  Hire prices may be waived if purchasing food for more than 15 people.
