Caldicot Choir is pleased to present its choir hall for your corporate event, training session, exhibition, seminar, product launch or conference.

From the smallest meeting to the largest event, talk to us and we will do everything we can to make your event a success.

The choir hall is light and airy providing many flexible options of layout to suit your event, including theatre style seating, tabled groups, segregated areas, staging etc.

The hall has a maximum fully seated capacity of 200 and seating at tables up to 160, however we also have many groups from 20 upwards that utilize the hall.

The hall has level access to all areas, full toilet facilities (including disabled) and adjacent parking.

It is equipped with a large screen projection system capable of being driven by any PC/laptop with an HDMI connection. It also has a full sound system integrated with the projector as well as flexible lighting.

If you require food, we can arrange that on your behalf using local external caterers that are able to deliver what you want, when you want it.

The hall has guest WIFI and a fully equipped bar that can be made available if required.
