The People First Conference Centre can cater for up to 150 delegates in our large modern conference room.

At The People First Conference Centre, we understand that every meeting is different, so our dedicated team of hospitality professionals and learners will work with you, ensuring you get the right space for you – no matter what budget, size and needs; our team will be with you all the way to ensure your day is a success.

Situated close to Carlisle railway station and plenty of parking close-by, The People First Conference Centre is very accessible and is set on the bank of the River Caldew which offers a relaxed setting with the impressive backdrop of Carlisle Cathedral and Carlisle Castle.

The centre boasts a modern, comfortable Conference Room which seats up to 150 people. The latest technology has been used to ensure delegates get a superb audio, visual experience. This is a room suitable for most events and offers total flexibility for your event, whether it be a conference, exhibition or celebratory event; the Conference Room is sure to impress your guests.

There are a further seven rooms available from smaller, cosy and informal rooms for three to four people, to larger rooms accommodating between ten to twenty-eight people.

With such great flexibility of our spaces, we are able to offer a truly unique experience for your guests.
