Woodbridge School offers a wonderful range of facilities that can host many types of different events, from formal dinners, seminars and conferences to sporting events and exercise classes. In addition to our larger spaces we do also hire out classroom facilities. Our in-house team of Chef’s can also provide bespoke menu’s to cater for any type of event.
Our rooms include:
School Hall
A beautiful room with wood paneling and parquet flooring, this is suitable for a range of events from formal dinners to music rehearsals and recitals. A Steinway Model D piano is also available to hire in conjunction with this space along with additional classroom spaces.
Capacity: 70 (round tables, 120 (theatre style)
Tuckwell Room
Situated next to School Hall, this is the main dining space for the School. It can be used for a variety of events from lunches to more formal functions. An outside decking area is available to use with this space and can be hired in conjunction with School Hall.
Capacity: 120 (long tables)
Prep Hall
Situated at the Woodbridge School Prep, the Hall can host a range of different events ranging from seminars and exercise classes to music events. New lighting and a ceiling projector have also been installed with makes it an ideal space for music performances.
Capacity: 160 (round tables), 100 (round tables with dance floor),
200 (theatre style)
Science Lecture Theatre:
Situated at Woodbridge School the room has tiered seating for 100 people. This well-equipped resource is the perfect place to hold a seminar, lecture or meeting. It is fully equipped with a 3m square screen, ceiling video projector and full stereo and PA system.
Sports Facilities:
Sports Dome: A modern spacious sports hall is one of our most popular facilities can host a variety of events. It is popular for 5-a-side Football, Badminton, Basketball, Netball, Cricket and Indoor Hocket
We also have outside Cricket pitches and Tennis courts and a state of the art astro with floodlighting
Classrooms:
We also have number of well equipped classrooms that are available to hire that are equipped with data projectors.
Residential Hire
We have a boarding house that is available to hire during School holidays.
