We facilitate Weddings, Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Christening Parties, Anniversary Celebrations, Wakes and Corporate hire amongst other uses.

We are also an ideal space for your meetings, groups and a great venue to deliver classes.

We can be split Rose Cottage Function Room into two smaller rooms to accommodate smaller groups.

There is also full under floor heating, adjustable display lighting and free wifi access.

Rose Cottage hire is from £15.00 (+VAT) per hour

Trenance Heritage Cottages is also home to the popular tea room 'The Garden' which offers delicious homemade treats to cater for your day.

Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Family Reunions, Wakes and Anniversary Celebrations for up to 50 people are priced at £15.00 (+VAT) per hour.

Corporate Room Hire up to 40 colleagues (depending on seating style).: £120 + VAT per day (9am-5pm)
